The organising committee is made up entirely of volunteers – local people who are keen to provide a quality ‘free’ event for people to attend.  Organising starts in January each year with monthly meetings through to early September.

The Fair is usually held on the second Saturday of September.

A debrief meeting is held at the end of September soon after the Fair. An Annual Meeting – open to the public is held in November once the year’s accounts have been completed on 31^st October.
