Timperley Country Fair

About The Timperley Country Fair

The Timperley Country Fair takes place in September each year. It is the largest one day event in Timperley and remains as popular as ever. The aim of the Timperley Country Fair is to provide an event suitable to all age groups and allow local charities and small businesses the opportunity to raise income for their activities and display information about their work. The Fair is run entirely by volunteers.

Stallholders
The site will accept a maximum of sixty stalls, we confidently expect in 2012 to fill these and would hope to retain the majority of stalls being charities (2011 – 55 stalls, 41 charity and 14 small businesses).

Bookings of stalls take place from March each year. Early bookings are given a discount so we strongly encourage you to book early – first come, first served.

Space
Stallholders must confine their stall frontage to no more than 10 feet and must provide their own table/s, chair/s, gazebo etc. We recommend you have a shelter as good weather cannot be relied upon and the Fair will not be cancelled due to the weather.

Setting Up
Access to the field will be from 8am where unloading will be allowed, No access to the field will be allowed after 9:30am. All vehicles must then be moved of the field and will not be allowed back until the Fair finishes around 3.30pm.

Food sales
If you intend serving food you must adhere to the Local Authority Food Hygiene Regulations, including the covering of food.

No Parking on-site allowed
No parking will be allowed in front of the Larkhill Centre after 9:30am - this is for the use of emergency vehicles only. Failure to observe this will lead to no invitation to the next year’s Fair.

Alcohol / Live animals
No alcoholic drinks or live animals (and that includes fish) to be given as prizes
.

By booking a stall you have agreed to these rules.

The Stallholders Letter 2012 will be published and circulated to previous year's stallholders by e-mail and post in late March 2012.

A very warm welcome to The Timperley Country Fair Web Site

Thank you for visiting the Timperley Country Fair web site. This is a yearly event that is usually held on the second Saturday in September at Larkhill in Timperley Village.

Those present support many local charities and small businesses, have a fun 'community' time and relax over refreshments.

As the years have gone on we have got more and more popular. Several thousand people attend throughout the day from across all age groups.
